The TxARM Toolkit is a resource designed to help AGEP programs, departments, and colleges serving underrepresented minority (URM) students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields incorporate practices, processes, and strategies minimizing feelings of marginalization and isolation experienced by URM students. The TxARM Toolkit is a program resource supporting URM students' completion of doctoral programs and transition to successful postdoctoral fellowships and faculty careers.
